The company “Softweb – Adaptive I.T. Solutions SA” (hereinafter referred to as “Softweb SA”) announces that today on 23.07.2024 the trading of all 5.130. 000 common registered shares of the Company, in the general trading category of the Alternative Market, EN.A. PLUS, of the Athens Exchange (“EN.A. PLUS”).
On 22.07.2024 the Admission and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Exchange approved the inclusion of the shares of Softweb S.A. in EN.A. PLUS. The EN.A. advisor for the inclusion of the shares of Softweb S.A. in the EN.A. of the Athens Exchange is “Koubaras Ltd”.
The trading code of the share is SOFTWEB with Latin and Greek font.
The opening trading price of the Company’s shares is set at €0.86 per share.
