Extension of Softweb Business Suite
The company’s most important solution, Softweb Business Suite, which integrates all the necessary functionalities of a business in a single software with Omnichannel logic, was extensively upgraded, while its installations increased to more than 500 businesses.

In 2023, a remarkable quantitative & qualitative expansion of the customer base was achieved, which places Softweb among the leading providers of business solutions in terms of new technologies.

Awareness-raising actions for regional businesses on digital transformation
An important part of Softweb’s successful course was the organization of an extensive tour in major cities of the region, such as Alexandroupolis, Volos and Heraklion. Through events, seminars and face-to-face meetings, Softweb informed entrepreneurs about digital transformation and how to grow their businesses. An exciting experience, rich in information and innovative ideas, that strengthened Softweb’s relationship with the business and technology community.
